Porcelain veneers are extremely thin shells made of a ceramic material, which is bonded directly to your teeth. They are an excellent choice for improving the look of stained or damaged teeth and require little or no anesthesia.
Dr. Bartolome and Dr. Swearingen first meet with you to determine what your new smile needs are. During this consultation, he will take a mold of your teeth that will be sent to the dental lab for your custom designed porcelain veneers. In some situations, our doctors may provide you with a temporary set of veneers while yours are being designed.
When your custom porcelain veneers are ready, usually in about two weeks, Dr. Bartolome and Dr. Swearingen will use a dental bonding agent to adhere the ultra-thin veneers to your own teeth. You will have the beautiful, sparkling smile you dreamed of.
